Don't Hire Film School Grads

I took this photo while I was in college - it was one of THOUSANDS that I took that year while teaching myself how to produce cinematic media.
I spent nearly all of my time in college making films on YouTube and even a short-form documentary to master my craft.
My failing grades reflected that fact.
What was I studying? Film?
Nope. Business and finance.
Meanwhile, the FILM STUDENTS at my university were doing absolutely nothing!
They weren't practicing. They weren't experimenting. They weren't growing. They were just "studying."
And their grades were perfect.
Those students have now graduated, and the only skill they learned was how to READ ABOUT filmmaking. They've done nothing.
Their professors never made a good film in their lives, and neither will their students.
Media production is an ARTFORM, and there's only ONE THING that makes you good at art:
Practice.
I dropped out after my first year to practice harder. All these years later... I'm pretty damn good.
If your business is suffering from incompetent videographers, drop a follow.
I'll show you what they SHOULD be doing for you!
